Feminist Book Talks

The AFI periodically hosts conversations with authors who have important published books related to African feminism. Our goal is to expose people to new work on critical African feminist ideas, expressions, movements, and histories. Anyone who is a member of our listserv can participate in these moderated conversations using a phone or computer. Conversations with Authors are recorded and uploaded to our site for viewing later for those who could not attend. If you are interested in having a Book Talk, email Zinhle ka’Nobuhlaluse who moderates these virtual events.

If you would like to join our listserv and receive information on future Feminist Book Talks, please contact Alicia Decker.
